Xnews' Look and Feel

It's possible to customize the look of Xnews to a great extent. In addition to the font and color choices, buttons and icons can be changed. As you can see from the layout of my pages, making things pretty is not my forté, but others are more gifted.

Guy's XP Icon Patcher Files (dead link)

Xnews has a very Windows 9X-ish look. Guy made it possible for you to give it a much more Windows XP-ish look just by executing his patcher. Or DC-ish by executing his other patcher. Guy's files are no longer online — you might or might not be able to get them by asking in news.software.readers. Use only the patcher version that matches your Xnews version.
